It's human to miss radio jingles, TV and newspaper advert but that is not the case with the internet whatever gets on the internet remains there. It will be available for consumer digest any time. Consumer can at their comfort assess your business information anytime, anywhere. Do you know most people are close to the media than their spouse?

Small business owners now place their product on eCommerce site such Jumia, Gbanjodeals, Konga, etc. fold their hands at home, watch while sales keep coming. The internet gives you a 24/7 market place at no-cost in some cases.

To have your business on the internet is cost effective compared with the tradition cost of advertisement. The cost of setting up website is lower to the cost of placing advert on newspaper for a day. Why won't you set up your social program?. Also, the cost of engaging customer through social is favorable to the traditional method which include Call-Center Agent, Tele-sales etc. The result has been amusing for larger firms hereby saving cost.
